Delivery Areas We deliver all over Egypt, with the exception of North Sinai.

Shipping Rate A flat shipping fee of EGP 95 applies to all orders, regardless of size or weight.

Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Cairo / Giza / Alexandria — 3 working days
• Delta / Canal — 5 working days
• Upper Egypt / Red Sea / South Sinai / New Valley — 7 working days

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped and processed by our courier (Bosta), you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@nicheessences.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Special Handling Fragrance products are packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. If you have any special delivery instructions, please include them in your order notes at checkout.
