Thank you for choosing and trusting Niche Essences. To preserve the quality and integrity of our offerings, we kindly ask that you review the following policy:

  • No refunds or exchanges: Due to the nature of perfumes as personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product is opened, as it may be tampered with or altered.
  • Exceptions for damaged items: If your product arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please contact us on info@nicheessences.com within 24 hours of the delivery date so we can assess the case and offer a suitable resolution. Please send us:

·     Your order number

·     Clear photographs of the item and packaging

·     A brief explanation of the issue

·     Our team will promptly review your case and offer a suitable solution

  • Testing before purchase: We believe in confident choices. That’s why our scents are available for testing at the Stores listed on our Instagram page. Alternatively, we’ve created a travel set where you can choose 6 different perfumes before purchasing a full size product.
  • Order confirmation: By placing an order online, you acknowledge and accept our policy. Please review all terms carefully before finalizing your purchase.
  • Opened product definition: Any package with an unsealed shipping box will be considered opened and therefore non-returnable.
