Refund/Exchange policy

At Niche Essences, we take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each product is securely placed in a box, wrapped with five layers of bubble wrap, and then packed inside a sturdy carton shipping box.

To be eligible for a return / exchange, the product must be returned in its original condition as received, including all original packaging materials (product box, bubble wrap, and shipping carton).

Returns / Exchanges will not be accepted if the product or its packaging is damaged, altered, opened, or missing any components. The only exception to that condition is if the product is received damaged and that damage is reported within 24 hours of receipt along with photos evidencing the damage. 

To initiate a return, please contact info@nicheessences.com within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and reason for return.
